AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Monday held a phone call with Lebanese Foreign Minister Youssef Rajji to express Jordan condolences following a deadly building collapse in the Bab Al-Tabbaneh region of Tripoli.

 

According to a Foreign Ministry statement, Safadi expressed sympathy with the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

 

He said Jordan, acting on the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, is ready to provide any assistance required to address the aftermath of the incident, reaffirming full solidarity with Lebanon.
