AMMAN — HRH Crown Prince Hussein on Monday chaired a National Council for Future Technology meeting.
The meeting, attended by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, who is chairman of the Council, included a review of the outcomes and recommendations of the inaugural FutrForum 2025, that took place on September 2-3 and was organised by the National Council for Future Technology in collaboration with the World Economic Forum, according to a Royal Court statement.
His Royal Highness issued directives that the digital signature project be implemented through the Ministry of Justice, noting the importance of expanding e-government services on the Sanad application, in order to increase their convenience and ease-of-use.
The Crown Prince also directed the Council to explore the use of technology to address traffic congestion.
