AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday met with the Mayor of Shanghai Gong Zheng.

 

The meeting covered the deep-rooted ties between Jordan and China, with His Majesty emphasising the importance of expanding the scope of Jordanian-Chinese relations by increasing partnerships in promising economic and development sectors, according to a Royal Court statement.

 

Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, and Jordan’s Ambassador to China Hussam Husseini attended the meeting.
