AMMAN — The Northern Military Region command on Thursday thwarted an attempt by a person to illegally cross the border.

 

Border Guard units spotted the individual as he was attempting to cross, according to a Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) statement.

 

The forces applied the rules of engagement, arrested him, and handed him over to the relevant authorities for necessary legal action.
