AMMAN — The Jordan Strategy Forum (JSF) has urged Jordanian companies to make greater use of advanced artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, drive innovation and strengthen their competitiveness.

 

In a newly published paper, titled “The Nature of AI Use in Jordanian Companies,” the forum examined the extent to which private-sector businesses are integrating AI into their operations.

 

The JSF said in a statement, cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the findings are based on a survey of 4,205 registered private-sector enterprises in seven countries: Jordan, the United States, India, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria and Thailand.

 

The forum said that the level of AI adoption varies significantly among the countries surveyed, particularly in the use of advanced applications for business development, operational decision-making and the automation of commercial processes.

 

JSF stressed the need for Jordanian companies to maximise the productivity gains offered by AI by expanding their awareness of available tools and systematically integrating them into core business and production processes.

 

The forum said that effective AI adoption depends not only on the availability of the technology but also on how strategically companies deploy it to support innovation and enhance their competitive edge.
