United States President Joe Biden said that the “Israeli” aggression against the Gaza Strip does not constitute as “genocide” – refering to the South African genocide case against “Israel” at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC)’s chief prosecutor’s request to issue arrest warrants against top “Israeli” officials for “war crimes” in Gaza.

"What's happening is not genocide, we reject that," Biden said, referring to a case in the International Court of Justice, the UN's top court in The Hague, which says that “Israel's” war is genocidal.

Biden also reiterated his condemnation of a request on Monday by the prosecutor at the International Criminal Court for an arrest warrant against the “Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for “war crimes in Gaza”

Yesterday, The ICC’s Chief prosecutor Karim Kahn said he has requested arrest warrants from the judges of the court for Netanyahu and Gallant.

Their crimes are “causing extermination, causing starvation as a method of war including the denial of humanitarian relief supplies, deliberately targeting civilians in conflict,” Kahn said.

Kahn also said he is applying to issue arrest warrants against three Hamas leaders – Yahya Sinwar, Mohammad Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh

“Today we have applied for warrants to the pretrial chamber of the international criminal court in relation to three individuals who are Hamas members,” says Kahn of Sinwar, Deif, Haniyeh

The crimes -according to Khan- are extermination, murder, hostage taking, rape and sexual assault in detention.
