Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Tuesday that Russia’s latest ballistic missile attack on Kyiv targeted a power station, adding that intelligence indicated Moscow was preparing for further attacks.

“Once again, we received no advance warning from our partners. The main target was energy infrastructure, specifically Thermal Power Plant No. 4,” Zelenskiy said in a statement posted on Telegram.

“According to our intelligence, the Russians are preparing to launch more ballistic missiles,” he added.
