AMMAN — Prime Minister Jafar Hassan on Tuesday praised the efforts of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) in enhancing the national integrity framework and safeguarding public funds, affirming full government support within the rule of law.

Hassan made the remarks upon receiving the JIACC’s annual report for 2025 from Chairman of the Commission's Board Hazem Majali, according to a Prime Ministry statement.

The prime minister reiterated government backing for the implementation of the National Strategy for Integrity and Anti-Corruption 2026–2030, launched by the commission late 2025.

Majali outlined the main findings of the 2025 report, highlighting ongoing efforts to enhance integrity, build trust in national institutions, and foster an investment-friendly environment.

He noted that the commission’s measures contributed to recovering and preventing the loss of approximately JD79 million in public funds during 2025.

The meeting was attended by Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs Abdul Latif Najdawi and members of the JIACC board.
