AMMAN — The Northern Military Zone on Wednesday foiled an attempt by an individual to infiltrate one of its fronts within its area of responsibility, according to a statement by the Jordan Armed Forces -Arab Army (JAF).

 

The individual tried to cross the border illegally before the rules of engagement were applied, leading to his arrest.

 

The suspect was subsequently handed over to the relevant authorities, the statement concluded.
