Several Roblox players told Roya that they are currently unable to access the game.

Calls to Ban the Game

The outage comes amid previous calls from some citizens to ban the game, citing its negative effects on children.

 

The platform, which has approximately 85 million daily players worldwide, has also been the subject of complaints in European countries regarding the risks of children being exploited or scammed through its chat functions.
