738 'Israeli' ceasefire violations reported in Gaza over 60 days, aid deliveries remain limited.
The Palestinian government’s media office issued Press Statement on Tuesday, reporting 738 violations by 'Israeli' forces in Gaza during the first 60 days of the ceasefire, which came into effect on October 10, 2025.
The statement underscores that these breaches constitute systematic violations of international humanitarian law, undermining the ceasefire and the attached humanitarian protocol.
According to the report, the violations included:
205 cases of direct shooting at civilians
37 incidents of military vehicle incursions into residential areas
358 instances of shelling targeting civilians and homes
138 cases of destruction of homes, institutions, and civil buildings
These violations have reportedly resulted in 386 deaths, 980 injuries, and 43 illegal arrests by 'Israeli' forces.
On the humanitarian front, the statement highlighted 'Israel’s' failure to comply with minimum agreed-upon aid deliveries.
Over 60 days, only 13,511 trucks of aid entered Gaza out of the 36,000 trucks planned, averaging 226 trucks per day instead of the agreed 600 trucks, achieving just 38 percent of the commitment.
Fuel deliveries were similarly restricted, with only 315 trucks entering out of the 3,000 planned, averaging 5 per day instead of the agreed 50, fulfilling merely 10 percent of the agreement.
The shortage has left hospitals, bakeries, water, and sewage stations nearly paralyzed, deepening the humanitarian crisis.
The Palestinian government condemned these actions as a deliberate circumvention of the ceasefire and an attempt to impose starvation and coercion on Gaza’s population, holding 'Israel' fully responsible for the ongoing humanitarian deterioration and civilian casualties.
The statement called on the international community, the United Nations, U.S. President Donald Trump, and all mediators and guarantors of the agreement to ensure 'Israel' fully adheres to its commitments, protects civilians, and guarantees the unimpeded flow of humanitarian aid and fuel.
