AMMAN — Royal Jordanian (RJ), the national carrier, on Friday announced the temporary suspension of air traffic until further notice, in compliance with a directive from the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC).

 

The RJ said that incoming flights to the Kingdom have either been rerouted to alternative destinations or temporarily halted, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

 

The measures, it said, are aimed at ensuring the safety of air operations and managing air traffic under the current circumstances.

 

RJ called on passengers to check the status of their flights and stay updated through its official website and mobile app.

 

The airline expressed its appreciation to travelers for their understanding and cooperation, reaffirming its commitment to passenger safety and its dedication to maintaining the highest level of service despite the challenges.
