Jordan recorded 46 deaths and 4,555 new coronavirus cases Sunday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 975,956.

 

 

The death toll has risen to 11,761.

-271 in Mafraq

 

-189 in Karak

 

-172 in Madaba

 

-156 in Jerash

 

-143 in Ajloun

-82 in Aqaba

 

-39 in Taiflah

 

-14 in Ma'an

 

A total 207 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 125 have been discharged upon recovery.

 

There are 1,194 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

 

There are a total of 61,107 active COVID-19 cases.

 

A total of 44,379 PCR tests were conducted.

 

Sunday, 10.26 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 9.70 percent Saturday.
