AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah held a phone call with King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Sunday, during which he congratulated him on the Moroccan national football team’s 2025 Arab Cup win.

 

The call also covered the deep-rooted ties between the two countries, as well as readiness to maintain cooperation across various sectors, according to a Royal Court statement.

 

His Majesty extended condolences to the Moroccan monarch over the victims of the recent floods caused by heavy rains in the Safi region.
