AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) on Tuesday distributed 9,597 food parcels to displaced families in the Gaza Strip, in partnership with the Qatar Red Crescent Society, as part of the “Vegetable Baskets and Water Tankers” project.

 

JHCO said that the second and final phase of the project involves distributing 6,230 food parcels across North Gaza, Gaza City, Middle Area, and Khan Yunis governorates.

 

This initiative comes within ongoing relief efforts to alleviate the suffering of Gaza residents amid challenging field conditions, according to a JHCO statement.
